3. If a buyer places a purchase order in the store, the merchant needs to handle it promptly. If the order is not processed within 3 working days, the weight of the store will be reduced, which will have a certain impact on the reputation points of the store. If the order is not processed within 7 working days, the mall will conduct an operational evaluation of your store, support the store's funding ratio, suspend operations for rectification, or coordinate and handle the situation accordingly based on verification. 4. The Coop e-commerce platform recommends supporting unconditional returns and exchanges within 7 working days. But this is also determined by the merchants themselves; In case of quality issues resulting in returns or exchanges, the shipping cost will be borne by the mall. In case of non quality issues, the buyer shall bear the postage for the returned goods and the postage for the replacement. Under necessary conditions, depreciation can be carried out.
