Liquid IV is so tasty and does a great job replacing electrolytes. It’s hot here in Texas and sweating is a certainty. These have fewer calories and more of the things you need that other sport drinks and being a powder, they are much easier to store. The powder dissolves quickly and completely. Being a small packet, they are easy to toss in your pocket to make a new batch when you refill your bottle or Camelback on a long ride.
Great product and taste. My son is stationed over sea's and loves this stuff. High health benefits for him. Sadly they do not offer this product on base where he is at, so ordering it through Amazon made it quick and easy. Love the flavor and mixes easily in a water bottle....
By far my favorite flavor!!!!! So good. Not too sweet. I get dehydrated very easily and get migraines. These are an absolute life saver for me. I've tried other brands and they don't work as well. I make sure to stay stocked up on these!!
I really enjoy the liquid IV hydration packets because I can take them everywhere.Trying different flavors. I finally got the big pack of the golden cherry. It is so delicious.There is some sugar in these and I do like the sugar-free options as well but this just is my favorite flavor. I wish they made this one in sugar-free! Great hydration the whole family loves the flavor so I usually have to make more than one or share.?

If you like Gatorade products or Power Aid you will like these packets. They come in hand and have great flavors!
Not only do these taste good, they help me feel better in 20 min or less. When I feel physically tired, but I haven't done anything to make me tired, I reach for one of these packets. I add about a half of one to my bottle of water. The difference between 'before & afterward' after finishing my water, is like night/day. I do prefer some flavors over others, but there isn't one I don't like. When you try it the first couple of times, I would start with a third to a half of a package. See how your body feels, and listen to what it tells you. After working in the yard, I will fix a bottle of this "magic" water & drink it. In a short time, my body (and my mind) feel refreshed. Some of the gas stations+food marts even sell them by the package, if you don't want to get a box of packages first. I don't know how, but when I'm physically exhausted, I'm mentally exhausted too. These taste little packs help both for me. Try them.
