Good price
An incredible look into the life and times of 6 Latin boxers.Beautiful narration, incredible music, and footage that you can't find anywhere else.
As a "new" fan to boxing I found this DVD informative and entertaining. Loved the interviews with the fighters. Especially Alexis Arguello who is very engaging. R.I.P. Champ
I was listening to a radio interview from Washinton DC with writer/film maker Craig Glazer. He said he was also involved in this movie...he wrote a book called King of Sting, being made into a movie and it sounded great. I bought his book, loved it and bought this movie and enjoyed it as well. If you are a boxing fan and I am, this is for you....
coverage of boxing fights is lacking, they jump around back and forth among fighters making the film awkward and sort of confusing to follow.
good boxer
It was a B-Day present for my Dad...and of course he Loved it.Especially since he personally knew the fighter of the front cover.
This DVD does not have full fights, i assumed it was going to have. Its shows short, i mean really short, clips of named boxers top fights. For some odd reason it also shows clips where some of these fighters lost. Dont know Why????????????
Good dvd and good value.
VHSを何度もダビングしたような低画質とコンテンツの貧しさは値段に見合っていない。この程度ならネットで動画を探した方がいいと思う。
Top stuff!!
any boxing fan who has not got this dvd should immediately purchase this product,it follows the life and times of the old masters, men like kid gavilan and carlos ortiz and more recently the wildman from panama manos de piedra roberto duran and of course the great j.c chavez, also on was the explosive thin man from nicaragua alexis arguello,a very nicely done dvd showing where all these great men came from and highlights of some of their greatest bouts and even offering advice on life to kids, very well done and worth the money,if you want to see how the boxing art should be and not how it has become then look no further and WATCH THIS
